A powerful and transformative space to shift your mindset, redesign habits, and rewire your brain to step into the version of yourself you want to be.
Empowering, practical, and forward-focused.

Stress Relief Session (1:1, 60 min)
A personalized session where we'll focus on releasing physical and mental tension. Together we’ll work with breathwork, yoga, and meditation practices tailored for your needs.
You will end up feeling nice and relaxed.
$90 per session
Holistic Coaching Program (1:1, 60 min per session)
Transformational one-month program with 4 coaching sessions, text support during the program and extra recorded meditation and yoga material that will help integrate the new version of you that we will bring to life each session.

I’m Javi, a holistic therapist, yoga teacher, and meditation guide, specialized in stress management. After years of living a busy life myself, I discovered the power of breath and mindfulness to restore balance and joy even in the hardest days. My mission is to share these tools and help you rewire your brain so you can see that building a balanced and present life is easier than you think.
